Since 2008 Doxtator Property Maintenance has provided quality and professional commercial and residential lawn and landscape maintenance for the Oneida Nation of the Thames, Chippewa of the Thames First Nation, Munsee-Delaware Nation, and London area. Doxtator Property Maintenance provides lawn maintenance and snow and ice control management for the Oneida Nation of the Thames, Chippewa of the Thames First Nation, Munsee-Delaware Nation, Strathroy-Caradoc Township and South London areas.

Oneida Seniors Program:

Doxtator Property Maintenance has recieved our client list and vouchers for the 2026 lawn care program through the aging at home program at the Oneida Health Centre.

We are organizing and setting a schedule, our first round of service will commence early next week as there is 1 voucher for the month of May 2026.

If you are a returning customer we will reach out to verify the service you require and any additional fees you will be responsible after the cost covered by the voucher for each service.

To new clients or clients that haven't been on our service within a couple season, we will be reaching out to confirm service required and any additional fees that maybe applicable on top of the amount covered with the program voucher.

We look forward to connecting over the next couple of days and providing services this season for you and your property.

I would like to apologize if you have been trying to reach out for an estimate or schedule service.

With a reduction in staff this season, I am back to driving and working daily with the mowing crew and leaving less time daily to return calls and view properties for quotes.

Doxtator Property Maintenance – Payment Policy
Effective April 1, 2026

At Doxtator Property Maintenance, we take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality services to all of our clients. To ensure we can continue operating efficiently and maintain the level of service you expect, timely payment is essential.

Residential Clients
Payment for all residential services is due immediately upon completion of the rendered service. If an invoice remains unpaid prior to the next scheduled service, all future services will be placed on hold until the account is brought into good standing.

Commercial Clients
All commercial invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Accounts that are not in good standing beyond this period will have services suspended until full payment is received and the account is brought up to date.

As a service-based business, Doxtator Property Maintenance relies on prompt payment to cover operational costs, maintain equipment, and continue providing dependable service to all clients. Good evening,

It is with great sadness that I announce that effective immediately Doxtator Property Maintenance has ceased all remaining snow removal operations for 2025/2026 due to on going health challenges that have left our lead operator without the ability to sustain and maintain our standards at this time We made some attempts at some temporary solutions however its not sustainable financially.

I tried to hold on and get through to the end of the season, but I can't do it....I am sorry!

We thank everyone for being a part of the 20 year journey, we are looking forward to providing grass cutting services this summer as hoping staffing returns and our owner makes a nice return to work for spring 2026.

Non-professional lawn mower racing presented by Doxtator Property Maintenance returns to the Oneida Fall Fair at 1:30pm on Sunday September 21, 2025.

We have prizes for all participants, $150 to win!

Experiance preferred with commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers and other landscape tools. G license with clean abstract an asset.

Hourly wage starting at $20 to $23/hr.
30 to 40 hours per week. Weekend availability an asset.
