A call for service came in for a leak from the bathroom. Upon further inspection the shower drain assembly was found to not be connected causing alot of water to leak while the shower was in use. After proper re-installation of the drain, it is now repaired, tested & functioning as it should.

This is a trim nail from original construction of this 6yr old home where the nail finally rusted thru causing this leak from the upper laundry room & thru the orange peel texture ceiling into the kitchen.
