Temporary water, permanent protection — King Street, Thamesford.

New construction sites often need a temporary water hookup before the building's own service is finished — but that temporary line still has to be protected from contaminating the municipal supply. We installed and tested this backflow assembly on-site before the trench was backfilled.

🚰 What goes in the ground before a backyard ADU gets built.

This one's for a repeat client of ours in London's SoHo neighbourhood. The drain and vent line is bedded in gravel and run back to a new ADU under construction. Nobody sees this once the slab's poured and the walls are up — but it's the piece that determines whether every fixture in that building works properly for the next 30 years.

Always good to be trusted back for another project. ADUs, garden suites, laneway houses — the plumbing has to be planned before the framing goes up, not squeezed in after. tritonservice.ca

A total transformation in London's Fairmount neighbourhood, working alongside Kirk's Renovation.

This bathroom went from a dated tub/shower combo and worn-out vanity to a full walk-in glass shower with tile surround and a fresh, modern look top to bottom. We handled the plumbing — relocating the drain for the new walk-in shower and running the water lines for the new vanity — while Kirk's Renovation
took care of the tile, paint, and finishing.

This is what happens when a plumber and a GC actually communicate before the walls open up. Every fixture landed exactly where it needed to.

Basement addition bathroom in North London — great to be part of this one.

The homeowner took this basement bathroom project on themselves, and brought us in for the plumbing and to install the shower wall and glass doors. New corner glass shower, brushed gold valve and trim — turned out great.
