No hot water in August? Yeah, it happens.

Got a call this week from a repeat customer in Old South — no hot water. Their boiler runs their whole house heat AND their domestic hot water, so when it goes down, it's not just an inconvenience, it's everything.

We got out there, pulled the error code off the boiler, and traced it back to a failing igniter. One of our techs got the new igniter in and had them back up and running the same day.

This is exactly why we always say — get your boiler serviced before the season change, not after something fails. A boiler that's heating your whole house is not the place to skip maintenance.

Service call at a London daycare this week — two child-sized toilets, one plugged solid. For a daycare, a washroom out of service isn't a minor thing, so we cleared the blockage and had it back in use the same visit.

We do a lot more commercial and facility work than people realize. Daycares, offices, shops — if it keeps your doors open, we keep it running.

I fused this PPR elbow myself and cut it apart to see what happens at the joint.
That's what a perfect fusion looks like on the inside. Pipe and fitting are one continuous piece. There's no joint anymore. Nothing to leak. Nothing to fail.
Aquatechnik PPR pipe lasts 70+ years. Copper lasts 30. I'm now a certified installer in London Ontario — one of very few in Southwestern Ontario.
