Happy 3 Years, Kiernan! 🎉

Kiernan has been with us for 3 years now. He is a Crew Second, working on the Sidewalk Division during the winter and the Horticulture Division during the summer.

Kiernan takes great pride in his work and strives for the best quality. He does great in his position as a crew second, helping his crew lead and crew work efficiently. He loves sharing his knowledge with his co-workers to help in their growth and success.

Happy 8 Years, Matt! 🎉

Matt has officially been with us for 8 years and is one of the longtime faces around here. In the winter, you’ll find him operating sidewalk equipment, and throughout the rest of the season he works on our Construction Division, continuing to grow into a leadership role along the way.

If we’ve completed a project for you, there’s a good chance you’ve met Matt yourself. Matt is a great co-worker and just easy to get along with. He truly takes pride in what he does and loves a challenge when it comes to his work, especially your custom inlay designs. His precision shows not just in the cuts, but in the quality of work he does overall.

We’ve loved being a part of Matt’s journey and watching his growth over the years.

Employee of the Month of April, John & Will 🎉

This month we’re recognizing two team members who consistently bring hard work, positivity, and teamwork to every shift.

John has been with our Carpentry Division for over a year and has continued to stand out for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude on the job site. He takes pride in his work, treats customers respectfully, and is always willing to support his crew. His reliability and teamwork have made him someone that others genuinely enjoy working alongside.

Will has been with our Grounds Division for a year and a half and continues to step up wherever needed. He’s always willing to take on tasks big or small to help the team succeed and has been a huge help with training new employees, handling countless odds and ends, and maintaining a positive attitude no matter the task.

From working hard in our Sidewalk Division through the winter to being part of our Horticulture Division in the summer, Chantel has become an important part of our team. Recently promoted to Co-Crew Lead in Horticulture, she consistently shows leadership, dedication, and pride in her work.

Chantel is a team player who always wants the best for her crew and the properties she maintains. She learns quickly, takes initiative, and is never afraid to put in the hard work needed to get the job done right.

Congratulations to Brooke on 5 years🎉

Brooke is a Crew Lead on our Sidewalks Division in the winter and a Crew Lead in Maintenance through the summer — and she absolutely crushes it in both roles. 💪

Full of energy and always fun to work with, Brooke takes great pride in making properties “minty” and always pushes to get the job done right. Over the last 3 years, she has become a great Crew Lead with strong leadership skills and a can-do attitude.
