Blending structure, comfort, and character into one cohesive outdoor space. This covered patio was intentionally designed to offer an extended living space that can be enjoyed well in to fall. Summer may officially be over, but enjoying your outdoor space doesn’t have to be.

And we’re proud to say this one is also Kevin-approved 🐾

Heritage homes don't just deserve work done with specialized heritage‑home renovation skills, they need them.

This London project started with a small concrete porch that had deteriorated to the point it had to be blocked off for safety. Our team strategically rebuilt a full‑width front porch with custom railings, integrated a sunken swim spa into the structure, and added an upper deck designed to complement the home’s original architecture and meet heritage requirements.

Heritage renos require expertise; CCR has the experience and craftsmanship to handle complex, character‑sensitive projects with confidence.

A luxury cottage kitchen renovation designed to maximize every view. The sitting room offers premium seating no matter where you land, making morning coffee a little more special. Panoramic windows wrap you in the forest line, a bumped‑out wall creates a grand dining space, and a tall patio door brings the outdoors inside. Hidden fridge and freezer panels, a concealed prep‑friendly pantry, and a plaster range hood with granite backsplash finish off a kitchen that feels calm, intentional, and built for the way this spacee will be used and lived in for years to come.

Two members of our CCR team recently completed the Adaptiv Home Renovation Course through Canadian Home Builders' Association, joining an exclusive network of professionals trained to help homeowners live safely and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible.

From accessibility upgrades to thoughtful layout planning, this certification strengthens our ability to support clients who want their homes to evolve with their needs. Proud of our team for continuing to invest in education that makes a real difference.

Congratulations to Erin and Kate for successfully completing the training and deepening their commitment to client needs. Their dedication ensures we can offer thoughtful, future-focused renovation solutions for every stage of life.

Adding an elevator to an existing custom home is never “simple,” but the results speak for themselves. This curved‑glass elevator was seamlessly integrated into the architecture by reframing the floor system, relocating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and gas, and cutting into the concrete to allow the cab to sink properly. And while it is a new addition to an existing home, with a strategic approach and the skill of our talented team, it looks like it was always meant to be here.

You would be blown away by the amount of detail that goes in behind the scenes. This cottage renovation features an epic structural beam that spans the entire ceiling, all built around a welded steel A-frame that wraps front to back. Behind the walls, a custom steel support system carries the cantilever and keeps everything solid, secure, and engineered to last.

The things you can see are most definitely impressive, but so are things you can’t!

There’s something special about a home that feels lived in, but there’s a different kind of beauty in seeing it right after a renovation is complete. No furniture, no décor, just the work itself. Clean trim, fresh flooring, new fixtures, and every detail ready for the homeowners to make it their own.
