This year has brought us meaningfully closer to several First Nations communities. We’ve had the privilege of listening, learning, and working alongside communities to find tangible ways to support First Nations housing and property needs. From community forums to on-the-ground collaboration, we’re focused on building relationships rooted in trust, respect, and an understanding of each community’s culture and priorities.

We recognize that trust is earned over time, and we’re grateful for every door opened to us. We remain committed to showing up, not just as a restoration company, but as a partner.

Today, on September 30th, we pause to reflect on how far we’ve come and the growth we want to continue pursuing and we encourage everyone to take time to reflect, learn, and carry the spirit of reconciliation into the work we do every day.

Cette année nous a permis de nous rapprocher de façon significative de plusieurs communautés des Premières Nations. Nous avons eu le privilège d’écouter, d’apprendre et de travailler aux côtés des communautés afin de trouver des façons concrètes de répondre à leurs besoins en matière de logement et de propriété.

Des forums communautaires à la collaboration sur le terrain, nous nous engageons à bâtir des relations fondées sur la confiance, le respect et une compréhension réelle de la culture et des priorités propres à chaque communauté.

Nous savons que la confiance se bâtit avec le temps, et nous sommes reconnaissants pour chaque porte qui nous a été ouverte. Nous demeurons déterminés à être présents, non seulement comme entreprise de restauration après sinistre, mais aussi comme partenaire.

Aujourd’hui, en ce 30 septembre, nous prenons un moment pour réfléchir au chemin parcouru ainsi qu’au travail et aux apprentissages que nous souhaitons poursuivre. Nous encourageons également chacun et chacune à prendre le temps de réfléchir, d’apprendre et de faire vivre l’esprit de réconciliation dans le travail que nous accomplissons au quotidien.

That’s a wrap on CHES National 2026! 🙌

What an incredible few days connecting with healthcare engineers from across the country, strengthening relationships, sharing ideas, and having meaningful conversations about healthcare facilities and resiliency.

These conversations are an important part of building stronger, more resilient healthcare environments and helping facilities prepare for the unexpected.

We are especially proud to have been part of the Women in CHES Lounge, celebrating the women who are building relationships, sharing knowledge, and inspiring leadership across our industry.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, connected with our team, and helped make this year’s conference such a memorable one. We’re heading home energized, inspired, and grateful for the incredible healthcare community we get to work alongside.
