Due to improper prep work the epoxy in this small basement apartment floor started to delaminate, I was able to peel up the old epoxy, properly prep grind the concrete and repair any cracks and pits before laying down a durable epoxy flake system, the floor turned out great!

After having to rip out the old laminate flooring in this 1000 sqft basement apartment due to a major flood it was decided that an Epoxy floor would be the best solution in case of future flooding. A new floor drain was added and an Epoxy Flake system using the flake color "Schist" was laid down creating a durable floor that will with stand water damage and provide an easy clean up if flooding does occur in the future!
