KLAD Klad Building Armour specializes in Standing Seam Metal Roofing Systems and Installation. Not all metal roofing and siding are created equal.

KLAD panels are made of 26 gauge steel. They have no exposed fasteners which gives your roof an added lifespan of 40+ years more than traditional metal roofing and exposed fastener systems. Designed to withstand the toughest maritime weather conditions, they are coated with a lightly textured, low gloss, silicone-modified polyester paint system for maximum colour vibrancy, excellent resistance to sun bleaching and metal weathering. KLAD is a flat panel, standing seam system. They do not have the extra valley ribbing which can make your roof look busy. They create a very clean and modern esthetic look to your structure.

Another one taking shape on Nova Scotia’s beautiful South Shore. 🌊

We’re currently working on this home in Cherry Hill, and the views from this property are incredible.

For the roof, we’re installing our 26-gauge mechanically locked standing seam system in Charcoal TEX — a clean, durable finish that fits perfectly with the rugged coastal setting.

Built for the coast. Built to last.

🌊 Built for the Coast. Made to Belong.

Another beautiful George Williams Construction build, finished with a KLAD standing seam roof in Port Medway, Nova Scotia.

We love how the colour of this roof picks up the tones of the Atlantic - shifting with the light and blending naturally into the rugged coastal landscape.

In a location this exposed to salt air, wind and everything else the Nova Scotia coast can throw at it, performance matters just as much as appearance.

Beautiful architecture. Exceptional craftsmanship. A roof built for the coast.

Designed to last. Built for Nova Scotia.
