Wow, check this one out!

Last summer, our team had the pleasure of cutting the ribbon on this beautiful custom design-build in Tobermory. Recently, I checked in on the property on Airbnb, and seeing the incredible photos & reviews from guests was a pretty rewarding moment for our team.

From the very beginning, the goal was clear: design and build a home that not only looked amazing, but was also highly functional and perfectly suited for the Tobermory rental market.

We hit the mark.

Azure Vista was designed as two cottages in one. Each level has its own kitchen and laundry facilities along with both interior and exterior living space giving multiple families the opportunity to vacation together while still having their own independent space.

The project also features:

3300sqft of living area
5 bedrooms
3 custom curbless tiled showers
Large, open-concept living spaces
A spacious two-level deck and patio
Incredible views of the lake Huron sunset

For us, the best part of a custom build isn't just seeing the finished product, it's knowing that the space we helped design and build is being enjoyed by families and/or guests year after year.

Reading the all the 5-star reviews and hearing how much people appreciate the design, functionality, and overall experience of the building is incredibly rewarding. We're proud of the work our team put into this project and grateful to our client for trusting us to bring the vision to life.

We might have not posted in a while but we’ve just been too busy on the job!

Huge update on the new build in Pike Bay from starting the frame in December to currently well underway with painting and lots more to come including custom wood cabinetry and a beautiful masonry fireplace to name a few!
