Due to the Canada Post strike, delivery of your statements and invoices from Erb Electric will be impacted. If you mailed a payment to our office, please be advised that we have processed all mail received to date. If you mailed your cheque shortly before the strike, we encourage you to contact our office to confirm if payment has been received 519-698-2472. You can also call or email [email protected] to update your account to receive invoices by email. Please note that the responsibility for timely payments remains and is not affected by postal service disruptions. You are encouraged to contact us to find out your balance and pay with the following options:
1. Interac E-Transfer: [email protected]
2. Cheque drop-off: You may also drop off your cheques at our office during operating hours (Mon-Thurs 8:30AM-4:30PM Fri 8:30Am-1:00PM)
6: Leave a cheque with one of our Electricians and they can bring it back to the shop.
