🚧 Another custom shoreline project underway in the Kawartha Lakes.

This build is all about tackling the challenges most people don’t see. With a major rip-out, limited access, and tight waterfront conditions, this project requires careful planning, strategic material selection, and the right approach from the ground up.

Once complete, this shoreline will feature natural river rock, a double row of armor stone leading into the boathouse, and a fully transformed waterfront space designed for long-term durability, erosion control, and enjoyment.

This 3-acre property is getting a custom paver driveway and hardscape patio design that ties the home and surrounding landscape together beautifully.
