2️⃣ Loose pipe straps or fittings can make the sound louder or more frequent

1️⃣ The chemical reaction generates heat that can warp or crack PVC pipe.
2️⃣ Older metal pipes can corrode faster with repeated use.
3️⃣ They usually only clear a small hole through the clog, not the full blockage.

That means the smell or slow drain often comes right back, and now there's chemical residue sitting in the line too.

A snake or hydrojet clears the line mechanically instead: no chemicals, no guessing whether it actually worked. 🔧

1️⃣ A steady, reliable source of water and oxygen.
2️⃣ A slightly warmer environment than the soil around it.
3️⃣ Any existing crack, loose joint, or old seal to grow through.

Roots aren't the ones causing the damage, a small weak point has to exist first. Once it's there, roots just take advantage of it.

Older clay and cast iron lines are the most common ones we see this happen to. If your property has an older sewer line, a camera inspection can tell you where you stand. 📹

How do you know your water heater is about to fail? A few signs tell you before it actually happens. 🔥

1️⃣ Rusty water or a metallic smell coming from your tap
2️⃣ Popping, rumbling, or banging sounds from the tank
3️⃣ Water that won't hold its temperature the way it used to

Sediment builds up at the bottom of the tank over time, and that's usually what's behind the noise and the temperature swings.
It doesn't fix itself, it just gets louder.
