From the original foundation to the finished project.
This home was built on an existing sandstone foundation that was only about 2 feet deep and had been capped with concrete. Rather than disturb the original foundation, we designed the new addition around it.
The solution: a concrete grade beam supported on screw piles, providing a solid, engineered foundation while leaving the existing structure undisturbed.
