Please join us in celebrating Sandi's accomplishments and leadership as we share her story.
Sandi Gervais is a proud Indigenous business owner, speaker, and co-founder of Breathe Easy Heating & Air Conditioning. At just 27, she and her husband built their company from the ground up, starting with a shed, a K-car, a bag of tools, and a laptop, while working another full-time job and raising a young family. What began with grit and determination has grown into a trusted company serving communities across Southern Alberta.
Sandi’s journey is marked by resilience and transformation. Having overcome addiction and seasons of deep brokenness, she rebuilt her life with purpose, integrity, and unwavering faith. Her relationship with Jesus is the foundation of everything she does, shaping how she leads, serves, and invests in others. Today, she is passionate about helping people, especially women, recognize their value and step boldly into their calling.
Her leadership is rooted in compassion and real-world experience. Through her time on the front lines with Streets Alive Mission, Sandi developed the ability to lead with empathy, strength, and clarity in high-pressure environments.
Beyond business, Sandi is deeply committed to community impact. She has helped lead initiatives that provide bicycles for children, support families during the Christmas season, and give back to first responders and veterans. Through Breathe Easy, she continues to invest in local programs, sports teams, and community organizations.
Sandi also mentors women, speaks internationally, and served in correctional facilities. She believes that no past is too broken to be restored and that every person carries a God given purpose.
