Flashback Friday: when a great day on the course doubles as an investment in the future of our industry. 🏌️

Some of our Westco crew joined fellow builders, trades, and friends at the Lethbridge Construction Association's annual golf tournament, and the best part? Every dollar raised goes straight to the LCA Annual Apprenticeship Scholarship Awards, helping local trade apprentices fund their education and build careers in construction.

The next generation of skilled tradespeople is teeing up right now, and we're proud to support the runway. Big thanks to the LCA for hosting an event that delivers far beyond the 18th hole.

Things are heating up at Johnson Fresh Farms! 🌽

We are excited to be back on site with this fantastic client for our third major project together, a 73,000 square foot expansion of their harvest, handling, packaging and storage operations.

Here is the fun part. Johnson Fresh Farms grows a wide range of vegetables that you have very likely picked up at your local grocery store: potatoes, corn, pumpkin, squash, celery, zucchini, cauliflower and broccoli. So the next time you are loading up the cart, take a closer look. Some of that fresh produce got its start in a building we helped bring to life.

Statistics Canada reported that Canada's institutional building permits hit $1.8 billion in March 2026 alone — leading the non-residential sector's growth that month.
