✔️FRAMING ✔️- an important step to any home development’s integrity and longevity.

With this basement, the exterior framing is spaced 2” away from the foundation walls, so that closed cell spray foam can be continuously sprayed to the foundation wall. This allows for thermal bridging (energy efficiency) and a continuous vapour seal.

Finally, ensuring it is done perfectly straight allows for the best drywall and finishing results.
