Last night my cousin Holly Rox and two of her children were traveling home after some Christmas shopping when a drunk driver hit them head on. It’s miraculous that both Ethan and Lauren were discharged after several hours with only minor injuries - Holly remains in hospital, she is recently out surgery where they reattached her collarbone and began working on the first of likely several surgeries to rebuild her ankle. Prayers be with the Goddyn family and any and all financial support would be greatly appreciated as she will be in recovery for sometime.

A great time had this Halloween! So many great costumes and houses decorated this year!

Many thanks to Pat at the Community Circle Thrift Store in Beaumont for providing excellent foam to use and to the Louloobean for helping me shop out the best fabrics instore to get William’s Spring Trap costume made! Kathleen and I had an awesome time thrifting her costume out too!

Sharing a post for a local Leduc mom who is in need this Christmas. Crystal Stevens has been a community supporter and helps everyone when needed, more notably she started brooklyns backpacks for the homeless to support her daughter’s idea and desire to help the homeless which in turn has been remarkably successful. Hopefully we can come together as a community and help her personally this time.
