Roof project at Loesen Farms! 🌾

This 24,000 sq. ft. roofing project involved the removal and replacement of the existing roof system, trims, and insulation with a new standing seam roof and updated insulation package.

To keep the facility protected and operations moving throughout construction, our crews completed the work in phases - removing and replacing sections of the roof progressively as the project advanced.

Now 100% complete, the upgraded roofing system is built for long-term durability, efficiency, and performance.

A completed cooler addition project for Rouge River Farms. This 32’ x 58’ expansion was built to increase cold storage capacity and support ongoing operational growth.

The project included a galvanized structural system designed to support 4” insulated metal panel walls and ceiling systems, along with the installation of an overhead door, two man doors, and finishing trims for a clean completed appearance.

IPR Farms = Project Complete ✅

This expansion at IPR Farms added 15,000 sq. ft. of new warehouse space along with three new loading dock doors to increase produce shipping capacity and improve overall operational efficiency.

Now fully operational, the upgraded facility is built to support continued growth, streamlined logistics, and the day-to-day demands of the agricultural industry.

Designed to support growing cross-docking and shipping demands, the new facility adds valuable loading and storage capacity while maintaining precise temperature control throughout the space - including a custom-built cooler constructed with 4” insulated cooler panels.

The most rewarding part is delivering a finished space that meets the client’s operational needs while supporting their continued growth for years to come 🌱

Earlier this year, Nello Construction completed this 37,600 sq. ft. warehouse project, and we’re excited to finally share the finished result.

This complete build was completed from the foundations up and included a pre-engineered building package, standing seam roof system, 4” insulated metal panel walls, and a 10,600 sq. ft. two-storey office fit-up across both floors.

We’re proud to have been part of this client’s continued growth and expansion and grateful for the opportunity to help bring this project to life.
