IPR Farms is an addition to an existing produce facility, expanding their operations with new warehouse space and additional loading docks to increase storage and shipping capacity.

To support day-to-day logistics, we also built up the gravel base around the new loading dock, creating proper access for trucks and ensuring deliveries can move in and out without driving through poor ground conditions.

A new storm sewer drain was also installed to improve overall water management on site and support long-term functionality.
