Nello Construction Inc. General Contractor

At 17, Neil had a simple goal: start his own company.

The early years meant working longer hours and making less money, but the fulfillment of building something of his own made it worth it.

Now, 24 years later, that original dream has grown into Nello Construction. And the goal hasn’t changed: keep building, keep growing and see how far the next 10, 20 years can take us. Here’s to the journey and everything still ahead. 🤝

Our Merlin project has officially reached 100% structural completion, and the next phases are well underway. The team is now installing the white ceiling liner, working through a detailed overhead installation that requires careful planning and coordination.

By getting the ceiling work completed ahead of the two-storey office installation, we’re keeping the project moving efficiently and setting the next trades up for success. Great progress from the Nello Construction team in Merlin, Ontario.

Preventative maintenance is only as effective as the contractor behind it. Choosing a contractor who understands your roof system and knows how to properly identify and address potential issues can help prevent small problems from becoming recurring ones.

The right approach today can help protect your roof and your building for years to come.
