Concrete driveway, sidewalks & back pad, a drainage system & a new fence! This area gets nailed with cross winds that inevitably cause serious water damage in their yard annually, being next to the Great Lake.

A family called explaining they had poor drainage to their backyard, which of course created continuous flooding and their land began sinking along the house line and side yard, panicked it’d run into their home - thankfully it didn’t with good waterproofing! We came up with a plan to run drains off their existing concrete, pour a new pad against the house and install a window well to prevent bigger problems in the future. Small jobs help in the biggest ways.
