This year I am doing something different with my fresh flower subscriptions. All funds will be directly donated to Johnny & Helena, as they prepare to be full time missionaries in Malawi, Africa.

You will receive 5 large Fresh Flower Bouquets. One each month, May through September. Each bouquet will feature that months most premium blooms.

They will be available for pick-up at Casabella Clothing Boutique in Leamington. I will be emailing more information along with pick-up dates and instructions. (If you need delivery, please let me know. If there is enough interest I will offer delivery for an additional fee.)

DAHLIAS!!

They have been sooo good!

As you may have noticed, I have been quiet on here this year 🙃😅 with 3 littles in tow, there really isn't a lot of time for sharing.

Because where I'm at with family life, I decided this year to simply focus on my wholesale customers.

I really do miss sharing with my local friends, though, and so I've decided to team up with and offer bouquets at their store. They are having their grand reopening next week, and there you'll find my organically grown bouquets!! I will continue to sell a limited number of bouquets at their store on the weekends and special occasions.

It’s been almost 6 weeks since the fire.

It seems so strange typing those words because you never think it'll be your reality until it
is.
April 10th of this year, our shop burned to the ground. Not one salvageable item was
found. This was so devastating! We stored everything in there and spent a good part of our
day-to-day activities in the shop. Both mine and my husband's businesses were both
run/stored in the shop. Our office, gym, collections, toys, and so much more, all gone.
We don't know what caused the fire and probably never will. The investigator said there
was nothing left to investigate, and ‘unknown causes’ was the best answer he could give
us.

Thank God nobody was in the shop, and we are all safe. We are also incredibly thankful
that our home was spared (they were fairly close together).

Many of you have been wondering if I will still have flowers...

The answer is kind of...

I am still taking on weddings because I usually order in most of them anyway.

Subscriptions will still be going out as planned. Although, until dahlias bloom, I will be
ordering in flowers from other local flowers farms because all my seedlings were in the
shop.

I will still be suppling dahlias wholesale when they start blooming. All other crops (like
lisiantus) were also burnt to a crisp and did not make it.

The flowers stand might have dahlias and sunflowers on weekends in late August through
September.

I won't be taking orders until dahlias are blooming (late August/September)

I will be posting farm updates, and when dahlias start to bloom.

This gorgeous arrangement has been on my counter for an amazing 16 days today!! 😳🤩
Check out what it looks like today on the 2nd picture, I am impressed 😎 This is without changing the water, not even once, which is always my 1st suggestion for increased vase life.

I will be taking pre-orders for Mothers Day. Stay tuned for more details.

Here are a few interesting varieties:

Snoho Doris- Love this one! No 2 blooms look the same, but each one is beautiful and unique. Blends well with many other colors in a bouquet.

Valley Porcupine - she is so cute. Lots of 2-3" blooms with a very unique form.

Pinelands Princess - She is always looking wild. Somehow, when I see her, she reminds me of Miss Frizzle from the magic school bus lol 🙃

Labyrinth - A dinnerplate variety. Giant blooms, in beautiful raspberry tones.

Polka - This one has such unique colors.

Creme de Cassis - A beautiful 2 toned waterlily dahlia.

BHG Peach Sunset

This is a new introduction in 2024, I hadn't planned on sharing it because I wanted to keep them all to my self 🙃 but she made amazing tubers and enough to share, even though I only had a few plants.

Definitely top 5 for me. She went into so many boquets last year!
