Thanks to Leader Subway for the delivery of an ice-cold lemonade yesterday!!! The heat has arrived 🥵

A few quick announcements. with heat affecting cement when it's curing, we no longer want to be pouring sidewalks or driveways during the months of July and August. And prefer not pouring in late fall due to leaves. This leaves a pretty short window for pouring.

We have no summer openings left, and we have started booking next spring!! Winter is limited to a few openings as I've still got lots to do on our house.

Sorry for any inconveniences we casue over the weekend!!!

The sidewalk infront of Canada Post will be replaced over the next week, it will be removed Thursday or Friday and I'll be working Saturday/Sunday for a Monday pour!!!

Summer is on its way out!!! Still lots of work to be done!

We will be shutting down in November till the new year to complete the main floor on our house. That means there is only 3 months of openings for winter work. We already have spring bookings and some paperwork to catch up on.

Disposal of materials has been getting harder over the years, villages are closing their dumps, or they refuse building materials. Shingles have gotten expensive to dispose of.

An average 1000sq home has about 1200sq of roof depending on the slop, that requires 40 bundles to complete the job.

So disposal of a 1200sq roof will cost 40x15= $600 plus trailer use.

If I can line up 3 bigger roofs or 5 small roofs I can get my own bin and save a little on disposal for you.

Well we are very sad to say it's time for Jacob to spread his wings!!! This will be his last week with us!

Jacob Kobelsky has been with us for 4 summers now. He is a very hard worker and earned that Stiletto hammer, he takes his job very serious, serious enough to get mad at me when I say it's time to shut down you're pretty cut up, he responds no there is work to be done!!!

Jacob you have been an outstanding employee, anytime you have any questions feel free to call me bud.

Thanks for your amazing drive to do it right!!! Thanks for always being early and waiting on me. Thanks for working here and allowing me to learn as a boss.

Got the finishing touches on the garage today. We will do the sidewalk next. It was a nice little project to test the telehandler on.

🐣Hoppy Easter Everyone!!!🐣

As some of you know we have a very big project to start on in a few weeks, with this project taking place we will be offering ICF as one of our services.

I would like to Thank the guys at Prairie ICF for the courses and all their time answering my questions.

There is many benefits to ICF building, feel free to ask any questions and we will do our best to help you understand. Nudura also has free online classes to educate yourself, even if your having a contractor do it for you, still good to understand all the benefits of this system.

Our first project is a complete ICF house, once we are at the end of the ICF process. I'm willing to take a day to do a walk through for anyone interested.

Thanks for everyone's support, and sorry we are only taking winter bookings at the moment, I've got a few estimates to complete and they will probably have my summer over booked. Take care everyone have a great weekend.
