This was a building 4 years that was close to be demolish... We got the contract to retrofitting the structure...this was a mejor retrofit....13 stories and a penhouse with a pool on the roof....
We demolished the interior parking floors, acces ramps and revised the seismic behavior. We builted some shear walls...
We gave it a second life...
Today is operational 100%
