Three years ago today, we lost Vince Rosati — the founder of Rosati Construction.

Alongside his wife and co-founder, Olivia, Vince built Rosati Construction from the ground up.

While three years have passed, his impact continues to be felt every day. Vince didn’t just build a company; together with Olivia, he built a family, a legacy, and a foundation that continues to grow through the generations.

His vision, hard work, values, and love for his family remain at the heart of who we are today.

We are forever grateful for everything he built with Olivia and the example he left behind. His legacy lives on through his family, his work, and the generations that continue to carry his name forward.

We were honoured to welcome The Honourable Pierre Poilievre, Leader of the Official Opposition, along with MPs Kathy Borrelli (Windsor–Tecumseh–Lakeshore) and Harb Gill (Windsor West), to the Rosati Group office last week. We had a candid conversation about the challenges facing our industry and our region — and what it will take to work together toward a stronger, more competitive Canada. It’s important to us to work with all levels of government and across the political spectrum to advocate for Windsor-Essex, because building a better community shouldn’t be a partisan issue. Thank you Pierre Poilievre for taking the time to hear directly from those building this community.
