My most favourite thing about today.
I received a group email. Nothing unusual about that It contained information, and then a question.
The sender explained “ that a file needed to be handed over to the customer by the end of the week”.
In a project this size, there are hundreds of files. Each one represents a small piece of a massive operation. It contains everything — equipment manuals, packing slips, subcontractor checklists, subcontractor reports, all required general contractor inspections, government inspections — every document tied to one small aspect of the project.
Months of coordination. Countless emails. Meetings. Follow-ups. Details stacked on details.
Basically, it’s proof. Proof that the work was done, checked, tested, and approved.
Then came the question directed to construction:
“When will final testing be complete?”
Construction responded with one short sentence:
“April 13th is the soonest.”
😂😂😂😂
