Looking for laboures and installers. I know this is going to sound bad, however I need people who will put in a full days work every day- show up on time- be a team player, not be affraid of heights or hard work, do not want anyone that can't work without smoking pot. I run a clean respectable company and would like my employee's to be the same. Roofing is very hard work and not for everyone, so If you are wanting a job that pays well then shoot me a PM and we can talk.

All The Way Roofing is looking for labourers to start asap, must not be afraid of heights or working long days, able to carry up to 80lbs at a time and be able to get to and from work sites. wage is based on experiance and attitude, potential to make up to $35 an hour.

Well I called it, just found out today that materials are going up again June first, this stuff with the oil prices is insane.
They also said it’s most likely to go up again at least one more time in the next few months.

Well it looks like the riff raff roofing companies are already flowing into nanaimo, a bunch from Vancouver and others from Alberta have been door knocking around town. I’ve said it before- please do your research when thinking of hiring a roofing company, so many people get bad roofs installed every year by these guys and come winter when things start leaking they are no where to be found.
Whatever you do- never ever give them a deposit.
If you can always hire local companies, however do your research on them as well.
Losing a job to another company is just how it goes, losing a job to a company that does bad work and doesn’t stand behind their warranty is what really upsets me.
Anyway hope everyone has a great spring and summer.
