Ledoux Bath and Tile is Hiring: Apprentice or General Labourer (No Experience Needed)
Hey folks! I’m currently looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join me part-time (with potential for full-time) as a helper/apprentice.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist with demo, prep work, cleanup, general labour, and learn the ins and outs of tile installation and bathroom remodelling. I’ll train the right person — no experience necessary, just a good attitude and willingness to learn!
As a woman in a male-dominated industry, I’m especially passionate about encouraging more young women to explore the trades. If you’ve ever been curious about construction or hands-on work but didn’t know where to start, I’d love to hear from you. That said, this opportunity is open to any individual who is aligned with my values of professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for clients’ homes.
Requirements:
- A driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and good communication skills
- Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- A willingness to ask questions — I value someone who wants to learn and do things properly rather than assume
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lb bags, bending, squatting, kneeling, and working on your feet for extended periods
Service area: Ledoux Bath and Tile is based in Langton and regularly works in Tillsonburg, Delhi, Simcoe, Port Rowan, and Port Dover.
Please note: I’m not looking for subcontractors or summer students. While I appreciate all interest, I’m specifically looking for someone I can invest in and grow with long-term.
Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week, to start
Wage: Based on experience, with opportunity to grow. Starts at $20/hr.
