Are you an experienced leader with knowledge of BC regulations and standards? We’re looking for a dedicated Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team!

Position Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Full-time position
- Some weekends required

Responsibilities:
- Oversee traffic control operations on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with BC provincial regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate work schedules and supervise traffic control personnel
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain proper documentation
- Full description of responsibilities will be provided prior to offer.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in traffic control within city and highway limits.
- Knowledge of BC traffic control regulations and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be able to nagivate a computer and the phone applications used
- Punctual & professional
- Clean driving record and low decimal rating factor report
- Air brake endorsement or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Previous supervisory experince (preferred)

Temporary Traffic Control Dispatcher

Location: Lanesafe Office, Surrey, BC

Contract Type: Temporary/Contract basis

Start date: ASAP

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Temporary Traffic Control Dispatcher to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating traffic control operations, ensuring the timely dispatch of personnel and equipment, and maintaining efficient communication across sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch traffic control personnel and equipment using digital dispatching systems
- Coordinate with field staff to ensure smooth and safe traffic control operations
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches and communicate updates as needed
- Travel to our Surrey office as required

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in traffic control or related field
- Proficiency in digital dispatching systems
- Proficiency in excel
- Strong and effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate and follow collective agreements
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and communicate effectively
- Friendly

Additional Details:
- Pay will be discussed upon interview
- Must have valid transportation to travel to the Surrey office
