Today was all about getting the project underway. Site protection was installed, plumbing modifications began, and the first phase of demolition is in progress as we prepare for a complete bathroom transformation.

There is still more demolition and framing ahead, but it's always exciting to see a project take shape once the walls start opening up and the new layout begins to come together.

We're looking forward to sharing the progress as this renovation moves forward.

Another flooring and carpet renovation successfully completed for some fantastic homeowners.

From the stair landings and hallways to the kitchen, bathroom, and main living areas, the updated flooring and carpet completely refreshed the home and brought the entire space together beautifully.

Projects like this are always rewarding to see come together, especially when working with such great clients throughout the process.

Part 2 of the bedroom renovation reel we posted earlier.

What started as an interior bedroom renovation actually began outside with a leak investigation. Once we opened things up, we uncovered major hidden rot caused by an improperly built roof system that had been letting water in for years.

This is why we believe in finding the source of the problem instead of just covering damage up.

We rebuilt the damaged areas properly, corrected the problem areas causing the leak, tied everything back together correctly, and finished the space off with new soffits, lighting, clean detailing, and a refreshed exterior finish.

The bedroom transformation looked incredible in the reel, but this was the part that made sure the problem was actually solved properly underneath it all.

Quality work is what happens behind the walls just as much as what you see at the end.

This one started as an emergency leak repair.

But once the space was opened up, the homeowner decided they didn’t want to just put it back the way it was before.
