The site was too tight for a slab saw and the timeline was too tight to wait, so we laid the track flat and ran two wall saws at once.

Most people miss it the first time.


Before he goes any further, our operator checks the cut with a depth gauge. That tells him exactly how deep he is, so he cuts through the slab and stops there, without going too deep and damaging the blade or whatever's underneath.

Scanning, cutting, and coring are only part of what we do. Surface prep grinding is how we get a project ready for what comes next. This bridge deck came out of milling with tooling marks that were far too aggressive, so we ground the profile down and prepped it for a resurface.
