A new vanity, tile floor and medicine cabinet for a Langley client. The toe kick lighting is motion activated. All 3 drawers are active and full extension, custom cut around the plumbing. Tons of storage for just a 30" unit!

Beautiful day to apply finish to our last year's deck boards. A semi solid oil stain in Hawthorne blue. We painted the white railing with outdoor Aura soft gloss acrylic.

A lot work went into this White Rock condo to make it look so clean and beautiful.

You don't see the 75 bags of leveller installed by our flooring technician to make the engineered Bjelin oak flooring sit so stable. From one end of the home to the other there isn't any movement in this floating floor. And no transition strips at doorways between tile to hardwood, they line up flush thanks to some clever, skillful planning.

We wanted to hang art above the fireplace without a mantle. To make this possible, the blank wall above the it is actually 1" mineral board, sitting atop engineered steel stud framing. The mineral board, coupled with a heat shift, cools the wall to a temperature that the art can withstand without damage to the art itself.

The millwork is custom built. The kitchen, however, is a blend of old and new cabinetry. We repurposed usable existing millwork, and built new around it. The door profile was matched and then our slick onsite spray team prepped and finished it with a 2 part conversion varnish for maximum durability.

Beautiful finishing at this 2000sf condo in White Rock. Bjelin engineered wide plank flooring, custom cabinetry, high end appliance package. On time (actually we were able to move them in 15 days early) and UNDER budget thanks to skillfully planning and diligent hard work from our team!
