Haven Electric is looking for a Journeyperson. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a lateral move from an existing position, or looking for the next challenge in their career.

We are a company built on quality and service, searching for someone who reflects these values and is eager to grow with us. We are a Langley based company with work all over Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Our projects include commercial new construction & tenant improvements, residential new construction & renovations, and service work.

Position Requirements:

-Red Seal Inter-provincial qualification
-Experience in commercial new construction & tenant improvements
-Experience in single-family & multi-family residential new construction & renovations
-CEC & TSBC knowledge
-Strong communication & problem solving skills for interactions with general contractors, other trades & homeowners
-Highly motivated, organized & reliable individual that takes pride in your work and thrives on challenges and learning
-Ability to work individually or on a team
-Ability to supervise team members
-Ability to read project drawings & specifications
-Own your own hand, power & trade specific tools
-Fluent in English
-Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract
-Own transportation
-Clean criminal record

This position is for full time daytime work

We offer compensation, starting at $38/hr, plus benefits, after the probation period.
