Let's talk about maintenance.💬

Some of us do it regularly and some never do it.
We understand- life gets in the way and we forget...even I can be guilty.

Do I believe in maintenance?
Absoluetly!
Unfortunately the days of Sears home services are long gone, but even I used their services.

Almost all appliances could use some maintence at some point.

I do my own on all my appliances.
This is my clothes dryer, and it's been 2 years since I've done it.

Upgrading 2 mid- efficient furnaces to 2 high efficent condensing models, one heats the upper floor and the other the lower floor.

Easier on the utility bills, reliability, and maximum comfort!

In this incident, a gas-fired condensing boiler was installed as the primary heating source in a large residential home, despite being undersized for the property. The installation was completed without the required permit. An investigation found multiple deficiencies, including improperly sized venting, non-compliant vent terminations with insufficient separation between the air intake and exhaust, and incorrect air-fuel adjustment at low fire. Over a two-year period, six occupants were exposed to carbon monoxide.

I took pictures of this one because the original installer might actually see this post...😜

However remembering the install from 12 years ago might be another story!

It's not because the installer didn't do good work, it's more often the house has been sold and a new owner moved in.😊
