Hall Constructors is looking for experienced Pipelayers to join our civil construction teams in the Lower Mainland.

As a Pipelayer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production moving in the trench—from installing pipe and manholes to working at grade, supporting buried utilities and helping lead the crew on site.

We’re looking for people with at least two years of experience, a strong understanding of civil construction and a willingness to take on responsibility, mentor others and keep developing their skills.

Strong projects start with a solid estimate.

Hall Constructors is looking for an experienced Civil Estimator to join our estimating team in the Lower Mainland.

In this role, you’ll take projects from bid documents and quantity takeoffs through pricing, proposals and successful handover to the project team. You’ll work closely with estimating, operations and project teams, while coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the tender process.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of civil construction estimating experience, strong technical skills and a good understanding of civil infrastructure work.

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour Survivors of residential schools, remember the children who never returned home, and recognize the lasting impacts on Indigenous communities.

At Hall, we are committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships with Indigenous communities based on mutual trust and respect. This includes recognizing Indigenous peoples’ traditional knowledge and connection to the lands where we work and live, and creating opportunities for employment, training, mentoring and economic participation.

Devlin joins Hall with nearly a decade of experience building relationships across the construction industry, earning multiple awards for sales performance and account growth along the way. He brings a strong track record of developing lasting client relationships, along with the attitude, work ethic, and team-first approach that make him a great fit for Hall.

In his new role, Devlin will focus on strengthening relationships across the civil construction industry and helping Hall identify new opportunities and markets for continued growth.

Outside of work, Devlin is a committed reader, former competitive soccer player, and proud dad. We’re glad to have him on the team and look forward to seeing what’s ahead.

Building a strong industry means creating opportunities to connect, share experiences and learn from one another.

Hall team members joined women and allies from across the road building and heavy construction industry at the Women in Road Building BrewPub Night in Langley. Hosted by the BC Road Builders & Heavy Construction Association, the evening provided a relaxed setting to network, build relationships and celebrate the women contributing to the industry.

Thank you to everyone from Hall who attended and represented our team. We’re glad to see our people taking part in conversations that help strengthen the industry for the next generation.

A day together outside of work is a good reminder that the people behind Hall are what make the company what it is.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Hall Family Picnic at the PNE. It was a chance for employees and their families to spend some time together, enjoy the day and connect outside of the usual work routine.
