Recently completed the plumbing scope for a new Brazilian restaurant tenant improvement project in North Vancouver.
This project included the installation of a new commercial gas range, a kitchen dishwashing station with new drainage piping, and a grease interceptor to help protect the municipal sewer system from fats, oils, and grease generated during food preparation and cleaning operations.
Additional work included the installation of a new hot water tank and an RPBA (Reduced Pressure Backflow Assembly) serving the commercial dishwasher. This backflow prevention device helps protect the building’s potable water supply by preventing chemicals and contaminated water from flowing back into the drinking water system.
It’s always exciting to be involved in bringing a new restaurant space to life.im
