At Reisinger Homes, we make challenging sites, foundation construction and build access look easy. Narrow site opening are carefully navigated, immense soil is retained and debris screening is installed for safety and protection-not to mention precision operation to avoid power lines.

This recent build of ours is a modern seaside stunner. Peppered throughout the home on all levels are bold geometrics. Here are just a few featured in the LED lighting inlay of the dropped bulkhead in the living area, strong contrasting backsplash tile in the bar, deco inspired powder room wallpaper and guest bathroom floor and wall tile. Geometrics, especially in bold colours, are the perfect way to make a statement in your home, they certainly do this one!

Design truly is in the details! Sometimes one gets lost in the stunning overall shots of spaces that we miss the moments in between. These images allow those seamlessly executed finishing details come to light. Whether it be the ideal light fixture at the perfect height, the subdued yet impactful statement of a minimalistic staircase or multiple exterior construction details finished with the utmost attention to detail, these vignettes too are ones to admire 😊

Check out one of our latest custom deliveries! This small but mighty, modern oceanside dwelling functions perfectly for the clients it was built for. Boasting a double height great room, minimalistic engineered staircase, fully stacked kitchen, spacious rooftop patio, dual laundry rooms and fully outfitted kids zone flex space complete with murphy bed. Because this was a smaller home made to fit a larger family, every detail needed to be thought out for a spatial function and efficiency without compromising the aesthetic. Peppered throughout are the truly unique and top of the line building details Reisinger homes is known for. Needless to say we are thrilled with the result.

This 2,760 Sq. ft. home was purchased for its classic lines and prime location. It was clients hope that it be transformed into a jaw dropping bachelor’s paradise, used to entertain and unwind. He wasn’t disappointed. ✨

We are so pleased to announce our amazing Piano Bar renovation has won a HAVAN award!
This upscale, deco inspired entertaining space features style and amenities reminiscent of a luxurious downtown lounge, featuring dual tv screens, a 65” gas fireplace, wet bar, backlit onyx and a custom outfitted niche to house a beautiful piano. It truly was a collaborative effort with one of our most imaginative clients to date-providing and sharing the basis for this showstopper. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to HAVAN and all those who helped complete our first award winning project. We know this is only the beginning!

We are so excited to be named a finalist for two HAVAN awards for Excellence 2021! We are in the running for Best Renovation $700-$1 Million AND Best Renovated Space for the Piano Bar. We are so thankful to be part of the HAVAN community and for everyone that helped with this amazing renovation. The Before and After of this deco inspired design is nothing but dramatic!
