✨ A project years in the making... and we’re thrilled to finally share that Japavarian Haus is complete!

Last week marked an exciting milestone as we welcomed the talented team behind our final video production. We had the opportunity to sit down with David Longpre of Longpre Architecture to talk about the inspiration, design, and collaboration that brought this one-of-a-kind custom home to life.

We also captured a full professional photoshoot of every carefully crafted detail—from the architectural elements to the thoughtfully designed living spaces that make Japavarian Haus truly unique.

A little behind-the-scenes magic! ✨

This space is transforming into a stunning Tsuboniwa — a future rock garden complete with a calming water feature at the Japavarian Haus. Designed to bring a sense of peace, balance, and natural beauty right into the heart of the home.

Surrounding it is a traditional Japanese deck crafted from beautiful yellow Belau wood. Built with precision and care, this piece came together over 3 days with a dedicated crew to bring it to life.

The foundation is set… and we can’t wait to show you what’s next 👀
