Richmond complex that we redid all that concrete sidewalks that wrap around the building and re did the driveway due to ground settlement. It was a challenging project with all the tenants needing access to their places while the work hook place.

When you get a call for emergency waterline break on a long weekend you make sure you make things happen ... this one was a tough one . There was lawn chairs set up and all the people that lived there.
They were all watching us make things happen. So like always we put on a show .
