Two new IBC EX 850s for this commercial office building. The last photo shows you the “Sime” boilers they had before which lasted 8 years. They only had one without a leaking heat exchanger when we first arrived. Thanks Victor for your help on this one! Check it out! .clean.air

Commercial retrofit for a long standing customer of ours who doesn’t typically use us on commercial but needed our help this time! There are two buildings on this property with a total of 7 of these “Sime” boilers which were 8 years old. All but 2 of them had cracked/leaking heat exchangers! They needed us to work within their budget which was easy to do. Decided to keep the manifold and just make it work. Turned out pretty nice considering what we had to work with! This building got 3 new 399,000 BTU Navien Fire Tubes. Check it out! The other building required 4 - 399’s and did not have the room on the wall. So stay tuned for 2 new IBC EX850’s in that room 🔥🔥

Another Navien combination boiler on the books. This customer limped along with their super hot as long as they could. We cleaned the heat exchanger to get them through last winter but this year it wasn’t going to cut it! The guys did an amazing job on this one and, as per usual, the customers are very happy! Check it out!

Emergency domestic hot water boiler replacement! In this case we were scheduled to start a boiler install for this customer at another one of their buildings when we got the “no hot water” call for this building. Unfortunately the old boiler’s heat exchanger had completely failed. Kody and his team acted fast with some help from and managed to get the hot water back on after day 1 of this installation. 3 cascading Navien NPE’s later and this building is good to go again! Check it out!

Another Dual Fuel Continental system installed. This one was for Fortis’s early adopter program. Once this customer collects his Fortis grant for participating in the program they will only be out of pocket about $3,000.00 which is amazing for a new furnace and heat pump! The last photo is what they had before. Check it out! .clean.air

New furnace and tankless hot water heater! This customer was told by their previous HVAC contractor that they needed a new heat pump. Heat pump was 10 years old and never could get the house down to under 25 Celsius. After we diagnosed and replaced the filter dryer and the TXV valve along with installing the new furnace they were able to command temperature all weekend! Looks great too! .clean.air
