When the clients came to us with this parcel, demolition was never the answer.

The existing home was a dated yellow vinyl sided ranch with no real architectural character. But it had good bones. So instead of starting from scratch, we designed an addition that almost doubled the footprint, two completely independent living spaces for two generations, while making it look like one home from the street the entire time.

That was the real challenge. The existing side was re-clad in pale brick, rooflines were redesigned, windows replaced, and shutters added to match the new Belgian Farmhouse language next door. The original entry was hidden so the two read as one.

Bell-cast curved roofline over the garage, eyebrow dormers, steep gables, and that quiet restrained elegance the style is known for. Nothing loud. Just really well considered.

Duplex designed to read as a single estate home.

The second unit is tucked off to the side and kept out of view, so the main form stays clean and cohesive. To the left, a separate gym building adds a dedicated space for wellness, while the detached garage on the right helps frame the property and balance the layout.

A simple approach to making multi-family feel like single family without overcomplicating the design.

Four homes, thoughtfully designed as one unified vision in Revelstoke.

Designed to respond to the alpine setting, these homes balance modern form with warm, natural materials. Strong gable profiles echo the surrounding peaks, while clean lines and restrained detailing keep the architecture grounded and timeless.

Large openings frame the landscape, bringing in light during the day and creating a warm presence at night. Each home is carefully positioned to maintain privacy while still feeling connected as a unified streetscape.

Indoor Pool House designed for our latest custom home design in South Surrey.

When the client said they wanted year-round usability, we took it further bringing the outdoors in with a fully enclosed pool house complete with a wet bar, lounge, and dedicated media area. A space built for entertaining in every season.

The exterior architecture mirrors the proposed custom residence, creating a cohesive estate presence from main home to amenity structure.

From framing to form, the vision is now coming to life.

Now in the drywall sanding stage, the scale and spatial intent of this home is starting to fully reveal itself.

We introduced a series of archways to define transitions between spaces while maintaining openness and flow. 12-foot ceilings and vaulted main gathering areas create volume, light, and a true sense of grandeur throughout the core of the home.

Every design move was intentional built to make everyday living feel elevated.
