Because homes that were built using Poly B plumbing are now 30-40 years old, these pipes have well outlived their life expectancy.

The chemicals used in our water supply are proven to deteriorate Poly B over time so it’s literally not a matter of if, but when. For this reason many insurance companies will not issue new policies on homes that contain Poly B plumbing.

Many insurance companies are now cancelling and/or refusing to renew policies for current clients that have Poly B plumbing in their homes.

Installed a new barbeque box for a client,

Family was worried about their toddlers being able to turn on and off or play with the gas shut off, this specific gas box cannot turn on unless the quick connect is fully engaged, therefore temper proof.
