Most fabric buildings don’t come with automatic doors.

The reason is simple: there usually isn’t enough structural support to carry the weight and operating loads of a commercial door system.

For this project, we designed and installed a custom structural opening inside the fabric building, allowing us to install a fully automated insulated rolling steel door complete with operator, controls, and secure access.

The result:

(A vault room means exactly that — one entry point. No back door, no second access. If it’s stuck, everything inside stays locked in.)

Old door out, opening prepped, new CornellCooksonC166 installed and commissioned—resized for a perfect fit. First time using the Pantheon in-barrel operator and I’m impressed: clean, compact, and smartly designed.
