Union Pay Scale:$23.62 – $53.85/hr(Based on experience & classification)

Tycon Steel 1998 Inc. is hiring. It’s time to join a fast paced team who has lots of fun! No experience necessary.
New union rates in Victoria provide a fantastic opportunity to get you ahead in life and to become one of the highest paid trades people on site.
Starting wage with no experience is: $24.93
Journeyperson rate: $42.01
Foreperson rate: $48.31
These rates are in effect until October 2023 at which time they will be increased by another 2.5%
Rates also have 12% vacation pay added to each cheque, payroll is completed and paid weekly.
Being that we are signatory to Ironworkers Local 97 pension and benefits are also included.
