Are you an experienced landscaper with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Landscape Crew Leader to joir our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of landscapers to ensure high-quality project ex*****on.
⁃ Operate skidsteer efficiently.
⁃ Oversee the installation of landscapes, including planting, mulching, trimming, and hardscape construction.
⁃ Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
⁃ Communicate effectively with clients and team members to deliver outstanding results.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid class 5 driver's license/vehicle required. *Class 3 preferred*
⁃ Experience operating skidsteer and other landscaping equipment.
- Extensive experience in landscape design, installation, and ex*****on
⁃ Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
