You can find seaside plantain, or goosetongue, along the coasts of North America, Europe, and Asia. It looks a lot like narrowleaf plantain, and I think it's more delicious! Check out this new video about it!

Here's a new video all about harvesting, preparing, storing, and using catnip. I've been busy with life, so making new videos has been a challenge. I made this one when I was supposed to be weeding the garden! The catnip looked perfect for harvesting, and I think it really helped with some back spasms I was having recently, so I wanted to harvest some, and I took the opportunity to make a video. Yarrow is blooming now!

Yarrow- Achillea millefolium is one of the most widely used herbs in the world with a history going back thousands and maybe tens of thousands of years. Yarrow is a complex and variable species. It has been studied extensively and is widely used medicinally.
