Big upgrade on this old manufactured home!
We took on a full plumbing overhaul that included:

• Replacing every inch of poly-b with solid, reliable PEX

• Swapping the old, gummed-up pressure reducing valve for a new one

• Upgrading the non-functional main gate valve shut-off to a proper ball valve—done during a full trailer park water shut down

• Installed a new electric water heater to replace the tired 10-year-old unit

• Ripping out two old leaking bathtubs and fitting in brand new replacements with new Moen valves

This place went from outdated and problematic to solid, efficient, and ready to go for years to come. Another one knocked out with pride.
