Removed a ton of pipe hangers, 2x6, pipe, and angle iron off this cinder block wall, used sealant to fill the holes, dried the wall out with a roofing torch to ensure it was completely dry and painted it with concrete sealer, and added flashing over a really roughly poured foundation edge, water was penatrating through the mid section and at the surface of the foundation

Two small identical new construction decks over living space

Small day repair, perimeter metal was poorly installed with fasteners on top, so we added 1x2 to create a wider drip off siding, added IKO Aqua barrier up and over on to the shingles, made metal cleats for a hidden fastener on the inside of the deck area and only fastened through the shingle side with neoprene gasketed screws, as well as replaces a hand railing cap area cap flashing so less water would run down it by adding a standing seam, and creating an over hemmed overhang at the bottom so water wouldnt drip down the comb face trim that had recently been replaced

We ended up picture framing the wall, before starting from the drains up so the grand slider door and two other doors could be installed before the completion of the rest of the deck, where there is a will there is a way

Converted exposed fastener roof to a hidden fastener snap lock system

Small shop roof, we added a drain near the edge where excessive ponding was occuring. We also re used the original perimeter metal on this one

This roof will soon be a green roof growing organics, with solar panels on the metal section

Bowser legion, they did not want new perimeter metal on this one but we did and a new internally plumbed drain in the center of the roof to mitigate water ponding!
