From there, the home was stripped back to the studs and every plumbing system was replaced to bring modern performance into this structure

Here we’re reviewing mechanical drawings for an apartment tower downtown. Taking the time to understand the domestic water, sanitary drainage, and how each system connects into the building’s mechanical infrastructure.

This step helps identify where services are located, what’s active, and what needs to be protected before any demolition begins.

A clear plan upfront goes a long way in preventing unnecessary damage, delays, and unexpected issues on site.
