🌟 TEAM Appreciation – Gregori 🌟
This month, we are happy to recognize Gregori and the positive impact he brings to our team here at Premium.
Gregori joined us just over three years ago when arriving In Canada from Ukraine.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Greg and getting to learn about his background and his home country.
From there he brought an amazing set of skills that he has used in his role at Premium to excel in the field of Post Frame Construction. He is an extremely hard worker, a skilled carpenter, and he takes great pride in doing precise, quality metal work. Greg is dependable, always shows up ready to work, and is quick to lend a hand whenever someone needs it.
What really stands out about Gregory is the attitude he brings to work with him each day. He is calm, easygoing, and almost always has a smile ready for everyone. He can communicate without loudness but has no issue in sharing his knowledge with those who ask. He enjoys having a good time with his crew, brings plenty of laughter to those around him and gets the job done consistently and efficiently on a daily basis.
Greg has also been known to leave his mark on you, literally and figuratively, when running into him in the workplace. 😊
He offers up the most generous and warm BEAR HUG of a hand shake that has quietly become a rite of passage for those meeting him for the first time.
Greg, thank you for the hard work, craftsmanship, reliability, and good humour you bring to the team. The contribution you make in what we do for our customers certainly doesn’t go unnoticed.
