I couldn’t spend it at home with my boys but at least I have one of them working with me but on the nightshift of this project.

But I did get to spend it with my work family up in Fort McMuray. I have the best crew working for me as usual!

A very proud Dad moment for me today. The day when my oldest Minnie is next in line for the handing of the torch, wanting to follow in his old man’s foot steps.

So proud to have him on a job site under my care for the first time.

I love you Sidney Mcdonald (AKA Sid the Kid), you will be a great leader soon to take the reins over from me.
