Costco has some huge elephant ears and Alocasia, banana plants, monstera and money trees. Also huge mums are in. Basil that is soooo fragrant if you’re looking for this fresh herb at a great price. Remember you can plant your mums in the ground and they will come back every year. Last photo is one of the mums in my garden that was planted 2 years ago.

Here are some of my indoor plants that are doing doing great inside at the moment. Indoor plant care is definitely more work than outdoor plant care in my opinion. As my indoor collection starts to mature and grow. I try to find ways to make taking care of a large collection work. I’ve made many of my smaller pots self watering to save myself some time. Some fussy plants or ones that were giving me issues have been on vacation to the backyard with a chance they might return inside at some point. Right now my larger calatheas are doing amazing. A few of my smaller ones have been struggling so I’m hoping they will bounce back soon. My Alocasia are flourishing. My Hoya are doing very well. My trailing plants on my railing need a chop and prop soon (when I can find the time). Mums are arriving in stores now. Remember you can pop them in the ground and they will return year after year, no need to throw out at the end of the season. 💗

Blooms and butterflies. I definitely have to find the time to move some of my plants. Things are filling in and some of my shorter plants are getting hidden by plants that really got taller than I expected. Gardening is a journey, you see what does well in your yard and adjust as you go. Looking forward to moving a few things and experiencing what everything will look like next year 💗
